To ensure availability, all reservations need to be made in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow you to complete your consultation card without interrupting your treatment time. Arriving late may mean a reduction in your treatment time, however the full value of the treatment may be charged.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. We request that you provide 24 hours notice of appointment changes. We will always endeavour to rebook the space to avoid cancellation fees, however should this not be possible then a charge will apply. Missed appointments will be charged.
Please turn off your mobile phone when entering the salon as our guests are relaxing and enjoying their treatments. We request that noise is kept to a minimum.
