Appointments
Necessary time is allocated for each appointment and to ensure Accent on Image appointment times run smoothly, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow you to complete your consultation card without interfering with your treatment time. If however you do arrive late we may need to reduce your treatment time.
Appointment Reminders
Included in our service to you are free appointment reminders. We know everyone leads busy lifestyles and as part of our service we phone you the day before your appointment as a reminder if required. Please advise when booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can re-book your time with someone else. We will always endeavour to re-book the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charge will apply: Missed appointments will be charged for.
